Participation Gift Redemption Process: How It Works

Step 1:
The customer signs up for one of Cheap2Dial’s phone plans.

Step 2:
The customer receives a “Welcome” letter by e-mail the following day which includes a link and password to use to log into the customer's online account page.

The customer's online account page is only available while the customer has an active account with Cheap2Dial.
To log into the customer's online account page, the customer must use their e-mail address and password
(password was included in the "Welcome" e-mail the customer received after enrollment).
If the customer has lost or does not remember their password, the customer can request to have a new password sent to their e-mail address of record by contacting customer service by e-mail or phone, or by clicking the “lost password” link.

Step 3:
After 3 months of being a customer in good standing, a "Redemption Center" link will appear on the customer’s online account page which when clicked allows the customer to proceed through the online process to redeem their “Participation Gift".

The redemption center link will only be available and valid for 60 days from when it first appears on the customer's online account page. After the 60 days, the link will no longer be active or present on the customer's online account page.

Step 4:
Using the "Redemption Center" link provided on the customer's online account page, the customer visits the "Redemption Center" and completes the form with the information required.

Step 5:
Once the information has been successfully entered into the form and submitted, the customer is then provided with a "Redemption Certificate" to print and mail to the Cheap2Dial Redemption Center address provided on the certificate.

The redemption certificate must be postmarked by the date indicated on the "Redemption Certificate".
The mailing address of the Cheap2Dial Redemption Center is listed on the "Redemption Certificate".

Step 6:
The Cheap2Dial Redemption Center receives the customer's "Redemption Certificate" and delivers the
"Participation Gift".

You must be 18 years or older and duly authorized by the telephone account owner to make changes to and incur charges on the telephone account provided. Cheap2Dial offers two plans: 1) The Max Minutes Plan allows callers to take advantage of 358 state-to-state (interstate) domestic long-distance minutes every month at the rate of $.039 per minute for only $13.97; and 2) The Max Minutes Plus Plan allows callers to take advantage of 383 state-to-state (interstate) domestic long-distance minutes every month at the rate of $.039 per minute for only $14.97. Although Cheap2Dial is not affiliated with your local telephone company, the monthly recurring charges for the plan you select will appear on your local telephone bill in the USBI portion of your bill and will be billed on behalf of Cheap2Dial Telephone, LLC. You will continue to receive the monthly recurring charges on your local telephone bill until you cancel the plan. Rates do not include any government-mandated taxes or fees that may apply. A billing fee of up to $5.95 will apply on your monthly local telephone bill. Additional minutes needed beyond the allotted plan will be credited against the following month's minutes. We are happy to assist you. There are no long-term commitments or deactivation fees. There is no need to switch carriers and change your current long-distance program because our calling plan uses a toll-free access number. Cheap2Dial provides state-to-state (interstate) domestic long-distance service, and is the underlying service provider. Service available to residents within the Continental U.S. with active local telephone service in pre-approved areas only. Continental U.S. does not include Puerto Rico, Guam, USVI, Alaska or Hawaii.
